At some time in 1830's they migrated to Marshall Co., Alabama.
She was married to David Oct. 4th, 1846, and they migrated to Butler Co., Missouri., in 1850 census. David was killed in Civil War, 1864.
Rhoda & 4 daughters are found in Phelps Co., 1876.

They had several children which include: Ennis, David, Sarah, Cornelius and Prudence. Cornelius is my husband's lineage. In the family, there is a 'legend' about the kidnapping of Chloe and the death of her husband and child during this kidnapping in the 1850's. She was kidnapped for approximately 7 yrs and in 1857 she remarried Joseph Kerby. Also, am trying to connect Chloe with her parents. I am checking if Basil Brown and Nancy Davis, both from Pa, are her parents? Also researching David's parents. Found information regarding Chloe and she had a middle name of Emmer. It is said that this line of our family were ""bred and born, lived and died"" predominately in the areas immediately surrounding Buckeye Lake. My ""Great Aunt Mildred"" Pairen (sp?) had a house there that she and her husband built with their own hands and they lived out their lives there.
